Vincentius Returns Policy
At Vincentius, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
**Return Period:**
- Any full priced items purchased online or in-store can be returned for a **refund within 14 days** of receipt and can be **exchanged within 28 days**, provided you notify us within the initial 14 days.
**Return Guidelines:**
- **Condition:** All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Items not in a resalable condition will not be accepted for return.
- **Sale/Discounted/Winter Clearance Items:**
- WINTER CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO BE EXCHANGED - NO REFUNDS.
These Sale items cannot be returned to our Liverpool 1 store; they must be sent to the Aintree store or returned by post. If the item is available at our Liverpool 1 store, it can be exchanged there.
- Clearance items purchased in-store are final sale - No Refunds or Exchanges
- **In-Store Purchases:** Items bought physically in-store can be brought back to that same store for returns or exchanges.

- **In-Store Returns:** Full-priced items can also be returned directly to our store if purchased in person.
**Important Notes:**
- We do not accept returns of outlet or clearance items bought online at our Liverpool 1 store.
- Please enclose a completed returns form with your order to ensure your return is processed.
- Ensure your return is well packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
- If returning from outside the UK, clearly mark your package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Vincentius is not responsible for any return customs charges incurred.
Once your return has been approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within **3-5 working days**, depending on your bank. For exchanges, a suitable item will be sent out to you.

If you return an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. VINCENTIUS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.
CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE
We are pleased to be able to offer customers the option to Click & Collect their items in store for free. Once ordered items will be held until collection.
DELIVERIES (UK & International)
Vincentius ships orders on a worldwide basis.
We ship all of our UK mainland items via DPD OR ROYAL MAIL courier service.
International deliveries will be posted via Royal Mail or DPD depending upon the location.
We ship all UK mainland orders on a 24 OR 48 HOUR SERVICE (via DPD OR ROYAL MAIL).
Please note: Next day deliveries apply if you place an order before 11am Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, the order will be processed on the Monday ready to be collected by DPD on the Monday or Tuesday. Please keep this in mind when you are placing an order so you have an idea of when you receive it.
