 Christmas Returns Policy

At Vincentius, we know that Christmas is all about giving, and we want to make your holiday shopping experience as joyful as possible. If you receive a gift that isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with our extended returns policy!

**Return Period:**

- Any items purchased online or in our Aintree or L1 stores between **Friday, 25th October 2024**, and **Wednesday, 25th December 2024**, can be returned until **Sunday, 5th January 2025** for a full refund to your original payment method.

**Return Guidelines:**

- **Condition:** Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached.

- **Discounted (Sale) Items:** Discounted items are subject to our standard 14-day return policy. However, please note any discounted items bought in-store are not eligible for refunds; however, store credit or exchanges may be provided. Exchanges for sale items can be made until **5th January 2025** in accordance with our Christmas policy.

- **In-Store Purchases:** If you bought an item in-store, please bring your proof of purchase.

- **Return by Post:** You can send items back to:

- Items returned after **5th January 2025** and received over **28 days ago** will follow our standard returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

 If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund and 28 days for an exchange only if you let us know within the initial 14 days, providing they are in an original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Notes:

Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order –
Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

If your return has been approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank. Or suitable exchange will be sent out to you.

RETURNS GUIDELINES

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If you return an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. VINCENTIUS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.

 

CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE 

We are pleased to be able to offer customers the option to Click & Collect their items in store for free. Once ordered items will be held until collection.

DELIVERIES (UK & International)

Vincentius ships orders on a worldwide basis.
We ship all of our UK mainland items via DPD OR ROYAL MAIL courier service.
International deliveries will be posted via Royal Mail or DPD depending upon the location.
We ship all UK mainland orders on a 24 OR 48 HOUR SERVICE (via DPD OR ROYAL MAIL).
Please note: Next day deliveries apply if you place an order before 11am Monday - Friday.  If you place an order over the weekend, the order will be processed on the Monday ready to be collected by DPD on the Monday or Tuesday. Please keep this in mind when you are placing an order so you have an idea of when you receive it.
