Here at Vincentius we really hope you are pleased with your purchase, however, if you are unhappy with your item/s that you receive, then we are happy to offer refunds and exchanges on FULL priced items only. If you have made a purchase in a discounted sale you are are only able to make a return for a refund, no exchanges are available on sale purchases; as sizes will be limited.

We are pleased to be able to offer customers the option to Click & Collect their items in store for free. When you use code COLLECTFREE at checkout. Once ordered items will be held until collection.

DELIVERIES (UK & International)
Vincentius ships orders on a worldwide basis.
We ship all of our UK mainland items via DPD courier service.
International deliveries will be posted via Royal Mail or DPD depending upon the location.
We ship all UK mainland orders on a next working day service (via DPD).
Please note: Next day deliveries apply if you place an order before 11am Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, the order will be processed on the Monday ready to be collected by DPD on the Monday or Tuesday. Please keep this in mind when you are placing an order so you have an idea of when you receive it.
To be eligible for a return for a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging IF it came in any.
You must return your item to us in store or online within 14 days of your original purchase date. (For online orders it must be within 14 days of receiving your item).
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNS
We cannot be held responsible for the return of your parcel until it reaches us, we strongly advise you to return your item via a trackable postage method to ensure your parcel is received by us.
We will not be held responsible for the postage costs of returns to us UNLESS the item in question is FAULTY.
LIMITATIONS ON RETURNS
Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items online. Tights, socks and underwear are also none returnable/refundable for hygiene purposes.
For in store purchases refunds will only be applicable as per the Refund Policy stated above.
Exchanges are available for wrong sized items that we have sent to you in error. You cannot exchange items for different styles/colours when making exchange requests for online orders. You can only make an exchange via a purchase only for an alternative size in the SAME style.
Exchanges are not applicable for sale/discounted purchases. If you require a different item you must return your order and make a new purchase.
Items for exchange must be sent back in the original packaging in a new or unworn condition. You will be fully responsible for postage costs, which will not be reimbursed UNLESS the item is faulty. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, please keep this in mind before contacting us.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Please include all necessary order information to proceed with your refund such as: returns forms, order number and contact details necessary.
The above also applies for in store purchases, please return to store with your items and receipt to begin the return/exchange process.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Secondly contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially updated on systems, or shown as available. Delays in bank processing is different with each bank, therefore please check this information.
